I'm extremely pleased with Henk's film editing skills! He took a lot of miscellaneous "making of" footage and interspersed songs from the album to give potential buyers a good preview of what they can expect. Also, Henk has been shopping for mastering companies as well. I'm extremely excited to hear the final product - It's always fun to collaborate since so many suprises are to be had! Some people don't like collaboration for that same reason, but sometimes it's fun to put control into someone else's hands. It's a good exercise for the ego!

Speaking of collaboration, I've recently started work on vocals for another V-bander, Steve Vincent. Steve plays guitar on the opening track for "enjoy..." His music is completely different than anything I've attempted singing before. It falls into the hard-rock catagory... it's definitely sort of metal-ish. For this project I'm developing melodies for some songs, and also singing some completed songs as well. I'm not really contributing lyrics, so in a sense, I'm acting as a session singer only. I've completed 3.5 out of 9 songs that I'll be singing for the project. More on that as it develops!
